Our party bus awaits at Circa hotel. Please arrive by 5:45 PM so we can head to the chapel together.

All Aboard
The party bus leaves for Chapel of Flowers at 6:00 PM sharp. Transportation is provided.
The connection between Circa and Garage Mahal is the Level 2 indoor bridge, which leads straight into the casino. A little reminder: Circa is a 21+ property.

After the vows, our party bus brings everyone back to Circa hotel, then we’ll rise to Legacy Club on Circa’s 60th floor — rooftop cocktails, skyline views, cigar with the groom, and a display of 1,000 ounces of gold at the heart of the room.

Wristbands at the door keep our group together — and guarantee the experience and catering we’ve put together.
Please note: Legacy Club is upscale nightlife — come looking your finest. Gentlemen, clean closed-toe shoes, please; no shorts, sandals, ball caps, graphic tees, hoodies, or athletic shoes. Closed-toe shoes are required for entry — without them, you will not be admitted.

We’d love for you to stick around for fun in the Vegas sun. Sunday, June 20, 2027, we’ll be poolside at Stadium Swim, the stadium-style pool deck at Circa hotel — tiered pools, big screens, and one last round of laughs before the newlyweds honeymoon and everyone heads home.

We’re excited to make Circa Resort & Casino our home base for the wedding weekend! Located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, Circa delivers the ultimate Vegas experience with stylish accommodations, an incredible rooftop pool experience at Stadium Swim, fantastic dining, and the energy of the iconic Fremont Street area. Staying here keeps you close to the action and makes getting to our wedding celebrations easy and convenient.
We’ve secured a special room rate for our wedding guests. We encourage you to book early!

Single King Rooms · per room, per night

Rates are per room, per night, for single or double occupancy. A $50 nightly resort fee plus applicable taxes applies. The current lodging tax is 13%, subject to change. Triple and quadruple occupancy incur an additional $25 per person, per night.
How to book
- Call Circa at 702-388-2274, open daily 6 AM – 10 PM Pacific time and make your reservation directly with the hotel.
- Be sure to mention our wedding group name Graham & Sarah’s Elopement or booking code CIGS27 to receive the special rate.
Booking deadline: May 21, 2027.
Our discounted room block is limited, and reservations are subject to availability. Any rooms remaining unreserved after the deadline will be released, and room rates increase after that date.
A few things to know
- Adults only
- Circa is a 21+ property. All guests must be at least 21 and present valid identification.
- Check-in
- After 3:00 PM.
- Check-out
- 11:00 AM.
- Cancellation
- Individual reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

A note about the kiddos.
We love your kiddos and hope to celebrate with them another time! For this celebration, we kindly encourage you to leave the little ones at home and enjoy an adults-only weekend with us. Our event venues are strictly 21+ and valid photo ID is required for entry.
Can I bring a plus-one?
To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those guests specifically named on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you under the Vegas lights!
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! We won’t have a traditional registry, but for those who wish to give, we’ve created a honeymoon fund to help us make even more unforgettable memories together. Gifts are never expected, but always appreciated!
